Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Request Window: Refund requests can be made if your seller account has not been successfully reactivated within 10 days of purchase or service initiation.

  2. Service Failure: If your seller account has not been reactivated after the 10 Day period, you may apply for a 50% refund of the service fee.

  3. Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted within 24-48 Hours after the 10-day window, in case the seller account has not been reactivated by us.

  4. Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be provided if:

    • The seller account was successfully reactivated within the 10-day period.
    • The delay in reactivation was caused due to issues not within our control (e.g., issues with third-party platforms, incorrect information provided by the seller, etc.).
  5. Refund Process: Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the situation and notify you of the decision within 24-48 business Hours If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 24-48 business Hours

If your seller account has not been reactivated within the 15-day period, you can submit a refund request by contacting us with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The service you purchased and details of your seller account.
  • A brief explanation of the issue and confirmation that the account was not reactivated within the 10-day period.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the seller.
